Ben Hanuka has been appointed to the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC) – Domestic Expedited Procedure Panel. VanIAC is one of Canada’s leading institutional arbitration centres.
The appointment builds on 28 years of experience acting for franchisors and franchisees across a wide range of franchise and commercial disputes, and on Ben’s designation as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – both of which directly inform his work as a neutral.
