Ben Hanuka joined a panel of franchise practitioners at the Ontario Bar Association’s Franchise Law Dinner in Toronto on March 31. The panel addressed some of the more pressing issues facing growing franchise systems today – disclosure compliance, IP protection, franchise agreement structure, and regulatory risk.

Law Works is actively involved in these developments, acting for franchisors and franchisees as the law in these areas continues to evolve.
