Our Canadian Commercial Litigation and Appeals Practice
We routinely act as counsel in commercial litigation cases across Ontario.
We represent parties in all aspects of the litigation process, from start to completion, including the following:
We represent parties to corporate and commercial disputes, including parties to corporate oppression remedies, shareholders disputes, non-compete and other restrictive covenant enforcement disputes, leasing disputes, and disputes arising out of sales of businesses.
In the past several years, we have started developing expertise in local and international arbitration, including the unique aspects of substantive law, policy and procedure.
Ben Hanuka is an active member of the Board of Directors of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ Toronto Chapter.
