We represent parties to corporate and commercial disputes, including parties to corporate oppression remedies, shareholders disputes, non-compete and other restrictive covenant enforcement disputes, leasing disputes, and disputes arising out of sales of businesses.

International and Domestic Arbitration

In the past several years, we have started developing expertise in local and international arbitration, including the unique aspects of substantive law, policy and procedure.

Ben Hanuka is an active member of the Board of Directors of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ Toronto Chapter.
