Ontario Court of Appeal in Lettieri Rescission Dismisses Franchisor’s Defences

Lettieri, in which it upheld the decision of the trial judge and dismissed the franchisor’s several attempts to challenge the franchisee’s rescission claim, such as alleged bad faith and alleged improper categorization of rescission losses.
