In his article titled, It Shouldn't Be so Easy to Transfer Your Foreign Law Degree Back to Canada, published in Huffingtonpost.ca today, Ben Hanuka discusses the growing phenomenon of Canadian ‎students who systemically circumvent the Canadian law school system and LSAT ‎requirements. These students obtain foreign law degrees and return to Canada to easily re-qualify here.‎ In Ben's view, this is not in the public interest.
