We are pleased to announce that the Globe and Mail sought our firm’s expert opinion about the intensifying fight in the Tim Horton’s franchise.
In a high profile article today, “Tim Horton’s parent taking legal action against group of franchisees”, the Globe quoted Ben’s opinion about the unusual and aggressive nature against the franchisee association, which could be potentially interpreted as a veiled move to illegally shut it down.
