We are pleased to announce that the Canadian Arbitration and Mediation Journal will publish in its upcoming issue a paper authored by Ben Hanuka about franchise arbitrations.

The paper, titled “Non-Signatories in Franchise Arbitrations”, will appear in the Journal’s Fall/Winter issue, due to be released in January 2019.

The Canadian Arbitration and Mediation Journal is a leading Canadian journal in the field. It is read by arbitration and mediation practitioners across Canada. It is published by the ADR Institute of Canada. The Journal’s Editor-in-Chief is William G. Horton, a leading Canadian and international arbitrator.

This is Ben Hanuka’s second paper published in this prestigious journal. The first, titled “Franchise Arbitrations in Ontario: Principles of Commercial Arbitration and Nuances of Specialized Disputes”, was published in the Spring/Summer 2015 issue of this journal.
