Law Works P.C. (Toronto)/L.C. (Vancouver) is a small franchise and commercial dispute resolution boutique in Ontario and British Columbia.  Our firm presently consists of three lawyers (including a recently hired junior associate) and a paralegal.  Due to our growth, we are hiring another junior associate.

Our practice is made up of commercial and franchise dispute matters, as well as some franchise and corporate/commercial drafting and transactional work.  The junior associate lawyer will be involved in litigation and corporate/commercial work.  The successful candidate should have at least two years experience in a commercial and litigation firm and must have strong academic, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Expected start date: 2022-04-04
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: corporate/commercial litigation: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification: membership with the LSO (required)
