Barrie Winterfest brings together families for many fun-filled winter activities, as well as a symphony family concert, a museum tour, and an informative session about wildlife. And of course it includes the famous ‘Polar Bear Dip’ – for those brave enough to take a frosty dip in Kempenfelt Bay!
